摘要 水资源是人类生存和发展的基础，但随着经济社会的不断发展，水资源的利用和管理面临着越来越大的挑战。本文以区域水资源可持续利用为研究对象，分析了当前我国水资源利用存在的问题，并提出了相应的解决方案。首先，通过对水资源可持续利用的概念和原则进行阐述，明确了研究的目标和意义。其次，从水资源供需平衡、水资源污染治理、水资源节约利用等方面，分析了当前我国水资源利用存在的问题。最后，提出了加强水资源管理、推进水资源节约利用、完善水资源法律制度等措施，以实现区域水资源可持续利用。 关键词：水资源；可持续利用；供需平衡；污染治理；节约利用 Abstract Water resources are the foundation of human survival and development, but with the continuous development of the economy and society, the utilization and management of water resources are facing increasingly greater challenges. This paper takes the sustainable utilization of regional water resources as the research object, analyzes the problems existing in the current utilization of water resources in China, and proposes corresponding solutions. Firstly, by elaborating on the concept and principles of sustainable utilization of water resources, the objectives and significance of the research are clarified. Secondly, from the aspects of water resources supply and demand balance, water resources pollution control, and water resources conservation and utilization, the problems existing in the current utilization of water resources in China are analyzed. Finally, measures such as strengthening water resources management, promoting water resources conservation and utilization, and improving the legal system of water resources are proposed to achieve sustainable utilization of regional water resources.
