With the aging of the population, the health problems of the elderly have attracted more and more attention. As a new type of health product, the intelligent elderly health monitoring bracelet has received widespread attention. Therefore, this paper introduces an intelligent elderly health monitoring bracelet based on STM32 microcontroller. The bracelet includes eight modules: heart rate and blood oxygen sensor, temperature sensor, OLED display module, timing module, pedometer module, Bluetooth module, buzzer module, and button module. Through the cooperation of these modules, real-time monitoring of the elderly's health indicators such as heart rate, blood oxygen, body temperature, and steps is achieved. The bracelet also supports functions such as setting heart rate thresholds, time information timing, and heart rate alarms. At the same time, the bracelet can transmit and display data through a mobile app, allowing users to check their health status at any time. Experimental results show that the intelligent bracelet design is novel, functional, and has good application prospects and promotion value.
