With the aging of the population, the health problems of the elderly have attracted more and more attention. As a new type of health product, smart elderly health monitoring bracelets have received widespread attention. This design introduces an intelligent elderly health monitoring bracelet based on STM32 microcontroller. The bracelet includes eight modules: heart rate and blood oxygen sensor, temperature sensor, OLED display module, timing module, pedometer module, Bluetooth module, buzzer module, and button module. Through the cooperation of these modules, real-time monitoring of the elderly's health indicators such as heart rate, blood oxygen, body temperature, and steps is realized, and functions such as setting heart rate threshold, time information timing, and heart rate alarm are supported. At the same time, the bracelet can transmit and display data through a mobile APP, making it convenient for users to check their health status at any time. The experimental results show that this intelligent bracelet design is novel, functional, and has good application prospects and promotion value.
