With the aging of the population, the demand for monitoring the health of the elderly is increasing. Smart health monitoring bracelets for the elderly have received widespread attention as a new type of health product. This design introduces an intelligent elderly health monitoring bracelet based on the STM32 microcontroller and implements the corresponding hardware and software systems. The smart bracelet can measure the elderly's heart rate, blood oxygen level, temperature, and number of steps in real-time, and supports functions such as setting heart rate thresholds, time information timing, and heart rate alarms. The data can be transmitted and displayed through a mobile app, allowing users to check their health status at any time. The experiment proves that this smart bracelet design is novel, practical, and has good market prospects and promotion value. The bracelet includes eight modules: heart rate and blood oxygen sensors, temperature sensor, OLED display module, timing module, step counting module, Bluetooth module, buzzer module, and button module, which work together to achieve the monitoring of the elderly's health indicators.
